Sustainable Lab Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") fully recognizes the importance of appropriate protection of personal information and its social responsibility and complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act") and other laws, guidelines, and policies regarding the handling of personal information in promoting its corporate activities. In addition, Company and its employees will comply with the following Personal Information Protection Policy in the course of their work.
1.Collection of Personal Information
Company will collect personal information in a lawful and fair manner. Personal information acquired by Company consists of personal information provided by customers, personal information acquired by Company, and/or personal information provided by third parties.
2.Purpose of Utilization of Personal Information
Company shall use the acquired personal information for the purposes set forth in the terms of use of each service that Company provides (hereinafter referred to as "Service"), for the purposes stated in the web form or written documents when the personal information provided, or for the purposes set forth below. Each of the following purposes includes purposes related to each of the purposes.
Personal information about customers of Services
To provide, manage and operate Services;
To confirm the identity of Service users;
To contact customers regarding various matters related to Services;
To survey and analyze the usage and evaluation of Services;

Personal information of participants in training programs, seminars, events, exhibitions, etc. sponsored or co-sponsored by Company
To operate and manage training programs, seminars, events, exhibitions, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Training Programs");
To make an analysis for improvement or planning of new Training Programs; and
To introduce new Training Programs.
Personal information of job applicants
To perform employment screening for job openings;
To make necessary correspondence for procedures to join Company; and
To conduct surveys and analysis for the purpose of improving Company’s future recruitment and selection process
Personal information of Company’s employees
For labor management;
For payments of salaries, etc.;
For operations related to employee benefits, etc.;
For various post-retirement procedures; and
To control access to Company's controlled areas and to manage security and crime prevention.
Personal information about Company’s shareholders
To exercise rights and perform obligations under the Companies Act and other laws and regulations; and
To respond to inquiries from shareholders.
Personal information of visitors and inquirers to Company
To respond to inquiries and visits;
To store, manage, and analyze the contents of inquiries and visits; and
To control access to Company’s controlled areas and to manage security and crime prevention.
3. Management of personal information
Company will strictly manage the obtained personal information, and take sufficient measures to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, leakage, falsification, or damage of personal information by implementing technical and organizational safety control measures. In addition, Company will take human safety control measures, such as providing education to protect personal information with Company’s directors and employees who handle personal information.
4.Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Company will not provide personal information to a third party without the consent of the customer; provided, however, that Company may provide personal information to a third parties in the cases permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws and regulations including the following cases:

In cases where the provision of personal information is based on requests by the government, local government bodies, courts, police, or other public agencies in accordance with laws and regulations;

In cases where the handling of personal information is entrusted to third parties within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use; and

In cases where (i) the provision of personal information is necessary to protect human life, human health, or property and (ii) it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual concerned.
5. Entrustment of the Handling of personal information to Third Party
Company may entrust whole or a part of its handling of acquired personal information to subcontractors within the extent necessary to achieve the "2. Purposes of Use of Personal Information”. In this case, we will enter into a confidentiality agreement with the subcontractor and properly oversee the subcontractor to make sure that personal information is managed securely.
6. Shared Use of Personal Information
To the extent necessary to achieve "2. Purposes of Use of Personal Information,", Company will share the personal information with other companies in the following manners.

Name, company name, title, telephone number, e-mail address, and other personal information provided in web forms, etc.
(2) Scope of parties sharing Personal Information
Companies that co-sponsor seminars, exhibitions, etc., for which customers have applied or cooperated in filling out questionnaires, etc., at the venue (co-sponsors differ for each seminar, etc., and will be informed at the time personal information is obtained from customers).

7. Use of Cookies, etc.
On the websites that Company manages and operates (hereinafter referred to as "Websites"), Company may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect customers’ access history information, IP address information, device IDs, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Cookies") on Websites. 8. Continuous improvement
Company will comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws, regulations, and guidelines regarding the handling of personal information to ensure that personal information is handled appropriately and will establish, continuously review, and improve measures to protect personal information, including personal information protection management system.
9. Disclosure, correction, and Stoppage of Use of Personal Information
In the event that a customer requests Company, based on Personal Information Protection Act, to disclose, correct, add, delete or stop utilization of use, eliminate of provision to a third party (hereinafter referred to as "disclosure, etc.") of his/her own personal information that is under the custody of Company, Company will comply with such request within the scope permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law.
